Kind Words

  • There are a number of cliche compliments when it comes to actors. I am tragically hamstrung by them, because every single one is true of Scott. He brings new ideas. He is generous to other performers. He is dedicated. He is professional.

    Beau M. K. Prichard Director
  • In this riveting performance Brown reminds me of why I have twice named him Best Actor in my annual Critic’s Choice award, first for his depiction of Salieri in Amadeus and then for his portrayal of McMurphy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.

    Two RoomsReview by Alec Clayton
  • He is one hell of an actor because he develops those thousands of little things that make the characters rich and three dimensional.

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's NestReviewer
  • He does not portray a character as much as transforms himself to BE THAT PERSON. I have been a reviewer of theatrical productions in the Puget Sound for 14 years. Brown stands among the top talents in the market, past and present.

    Steve DunkelbergerReviewer/Critic
  • Scott C. Brown ... found the ability to project presence through the opaque and stained hood trapping this viewer in a world without comfort and without the means to escape. Scott trapped us brilliantly into his room, his hell, and all this without often being capable of using the actors staple tool, the face.

    Two RoomsReview by H31p, Seattle
  • It's keystone is the depth of talent of Scott C. Brown in the role of Salieri. He is brilliant in the way he transforms between a younger to an older man with a few nuances in his body as the play unfolds through a series of flash backs and narratives.
